Each tour guide sets the cancellation policy for their tours. Most tours are fully refundable up to a certain number of days prior to your tour date. And some tour guides will let you rebook for a new date or time.

Again, the tour guides set those policies, so please be sure to read the cancellation policy in your tour description.  The cancellation window is shown in the tour description, as well as on your tour confirmation email.

This is an experience we want you to feel good about, remember and tell your friends. If for any reason we did not deliver the WOW or you need to cancel or change your tour but did not reach your tour guide, then please let us know.

Hey life happens, we understand.  Tour guides and participants might become ill or someone has an emergency in the family. The weather might take a turn for the worse making it unsafe for you and your photo gear!  A water main might break and destroy the main tour route. Sometimes there are things that are just out of our control.

Rest assured, we have you covered. If we cannot find a tour guide replacement or we need to adjust a tour destination on a given day – we have a full money-back guarantee. This is an experience we want you to feel good about, remember and tell your friends. If for any reason we did not deliver the WOW then please let us know.
