TOUR DESCRIPTION: Starting in Boston’s Public Garden, the tour will focus on capturing moments of people who are interacting with one another and the Garden itself.

The tour will move around the entire area, looking at reflections on the pond, people on and under the bridge, and how to incorporate the skyline of Boston into the background of your shots.

After photographing in the Public Garden the tour will move to Beacon Hill where you will explore the historic areas and small streets surrounded by brownstone.

LENGTH:3 hours (3pm - 7pm)

TRANSPORTATION: This is a walking tour, you do not need transportation for the tour.

SUGGESTED EQUIPMENT: No need for a DSLR or a tripod for this tour, although a DSLR is fine. Certainly no Flash. Just having a camera is great.

OTHER SUGGESTIONS: Dress in layers as the weather is getting colder fast as evening approaches

PHOTOGRAPHIC FOCUS:  The main focus of the tour will be on general composition although I am interested in teaching technicalities if needed

STRENUOUSNESS: Not too strenuous, there are hills in Beacon Hill, but not that steep.

MIN # OF PARTICIPANTS: 2 (reimbursements will be made if we do not reach that minimum 5 days prior to the tour date)

MAX # OF PARTICIPANTS: 8

CANCELLATION: Tour can be cancelled by the attendee for a full refund up to 3 days prior to the event. This is an outdoor tour, which is dependent on weather. We will not be able to take photos in rain or snow, but will provide a rain date close to the scheduled event. In case of tour cancellation or rescheduling, a refund can be issued.
