TOUR HIGHLIGHTS: Lamoille County * Covered Bridges * Barns * Rural Landscapes * Fall Foliage

TOUR DESCRIPTION: The tour will consist of a guided tour or the many covered bridges in the Lamoille County area of Vermont. We're gearing up for Fall Foliage, which is supposed to be stunning this year!  Based on the needs of the group and the amount of participants local barns and other unique rural landscapes will be included as well. This tour is perfect to capture the classic rural landscapes of Vermont.

LENGTH: 4 hours

TRANSPORTATION: This tour requires transportation. Maps and coordinates for waypoints will be provided ahead of time.

SUGGESTED EQUIPMENT AND EXPERTISE: This tour is good for all levels.

We suggest you bring water and snacks.

PHOTOGRAPHIC FOCUS: Sam will focus on composition, and make sure to bring you to all the right places -- including off-the-beaten-path spots you might not otherwise find. Sam will also help you with other camera settings and can provide advice for local dining.

CANCELLATION: Tour can be cancelled by the attendee for a full refund up to 3 days prior to the event. This is an outdoor tour, which is dependent on weather. We will not be able to take photos in rain or snow, but will provide a rain date close to the scheduled event. In case of tour cancellation or rescheduling, a refund will be issued.

Sam Trombino

Sam has been living in Vermont for over 20 years.  He is a rural Americana, landscape, portrait, and commercial photographer with over 30 years experience in both film and digital photography. His work been featured in print advertising, calendars and in the Burlington Free Press. Several of his pieces have been exhibited in some large photography shows in the Burlington area. Working with composition and natural light and minimal editing he tries to capture the natural beauty of Rural Vermont in all its forms.  From covered bridges to stunning landscapes and unique and beautiful barns and farm life.  He also has a strong Instagram presence with several feature hubs and two of his own pages.  One page is dedicated to his personal work and the other is devoted my his beautiful Shiloh Shepherds.
